It was quite a close game, we probably had the better of the first half despite coming in 1-2. The first 10 minutes we were spreading the ball around well and keeping posession without posing a massive threat. A nice floated ball over the top from Gary allowed Chris to volley the ball into the goal mid-way. We lost shape a bit towards the end of the half, but still retained most of the ball so it was a little aginst the run of play that they scored 2 well-taken goals just before the whistle.
The second half was closer with neither team keeping posession much. They had a number of chances which Barry kept out well and we also had a number of good chances. Their keeper also made some blinding saves in the second half to keep them ahead. Again another loss but we were certainly not outplayed.
