We should have been at least 4 up by half time but a mixture of bad finishing, good goalkeeping and the crossbar kept it down to one well taken goal by Alex. Clive filled in for an injured Barry in goal, but Inter didn't have a single shot in the entire first half.
The second half was a little more even and they scored 2 against the run of play with one soft goal and one wicked deflection off Gary. Steve P pulled one back and Chris H took us back in front, but another deflection near then end brought them level. We again missed plenty chances and even failed to capitalise when they were down to four outfield players after a defender was blue-carded for pulling down Chris M.
