It was a typical game vs Inter where there were few clear chances on either side, though we had more chances and the better of the play. Chris H broke the deadlock near the end of the first half after a penetrating throughball sent him clear. New recruit Chris S caused them all sorts of problems with some excellent dribbling skills. Alex was solid at the back, screened by Mike and Tom in front so they had very few chances and Leo kept a clean sheet with relatively little to do. Chris M was bossing the centre and driving forward. We had a couple of further good opportunities but in the end one goal was enough to take us to the top of the league with one game to play.
