We started badly, going one down within a minute. We had a chance to equalise quickly but instead they broke again to go 2 up. We settled into the game and matched them, creating a number of chances before Chris buried one in the top corner. In the second half we started well and it was a pretty even game, with Tom sweeping up at the back and George keeping their tricky forward away from the goal. Alex was dragged back when clean through to equalise and all we got was a free kick from way out.They scored a couple of breakaway goals as we pressed high and Alex was again fouled whilst passing the last defender, which again gave us no advantage from the resulting free kick. Mike pulled one back before we were again caught upfield trying to grab a goal.
