They were pressing us high and playing high-tempo at the start and we were struggling to keep the ball. They went ahead and looked the more likely to score next. A corner taken by Steve was attacked at the far post by Chris M to power a header which their keeper juggled before it went in. For the rest of the half we started to play a bit more and had a couple of shots but they were still the better side.
After the break it was much the same, until Alex made some space on the right to lay back for Chris H to drive a goal into the far corner to make it 2-1. The game changed a little after that, they were pushing up more and leaving gaps, whilst attacking higher. Ed made some top class stops but Mike took the game to 3-1 with a driving run and fine finish. Alex rounded off the scoring and in the end we deserved the victory.
