A very competitive game but we created several good chances in the first half which somehow stayed out, whilst limiting them to fairly long range. We went into half time a goal up from Alex's drive after a cutback from Chris M. The second half was more even, although Mike hit the post with a cracker and Dave extended the lead with an excellent team goal. They pressed hard and we rode our luck with a couple of goal-line clearances and two outstanding saves from Nick. We tired towards the end and they pulled one back. Dave hit the post late on which might have sealed it but they got the equaliser they were pushing for.
