We got off to a bad start, when one of their players received the ball unmarked a few yards away from goal: 0-1. We regrouped and had a couple of good chances before Dave and Chris M combined for a nice team goal. Dave closed down their keeper and robbed him to tap home to make it 2-1. Mike and Alex both had chances to extend the lead and George scored with a drive just before half time. In the second half we stayed solid and Leo made a couple of good stops, while Tom, Alex, Dave and Mike caused problems for them at the other end.
Good win, well deserved, could have been more.
