A special game as Chris Mills played his 250th game for the Knights and celebrated with a goal. They took the lead, slightly against the run of play with a decent goal but Chris H equalised after a spell of pressure. Tom and Jack did sterling work in the midfield and Chris M and George allowed nothing to pass. We had no goalie so we took in turns (even though Dave kept quiet about playing in goal for England schoolboys or something similar :) ). We pressed them through the foul weather and Dave was probing at their back line throughout. A fine strike from Chris M low into the corner took us deservedly into the lead and Dave made it 3-1 to give us a cushion into the last few minutes where we could have had more.
