They were a better side both individually and collectively. In the first half we tried to contain them and made a decent start, but we found ourselves 2 goals down after some indiviual skill beat the last man. We struggled to make any headway and Chris M and Alex had a thankless task trying to keep it up front. They scored 2 more before the break.
We changed it after half time, moving to a 2-2-1 and although they still controlled the game we made more headway, creating a few chances of our own. Chris H and Alex failed to put decent chances away whilst at the other end Ed kept score respectable with some fine goalkeeping. Steve P drilled a nice shot into the net and in the end the score could have been closer.
