A nice tight game played at pretty high tempo. The game started with both teams kepping discipline at the back, hence not too many chances were created in the first few minutes. As they started to press higher up the pitch a was ball played through to George who took a touch before firing past their keeper for a well taken goal, taking us into half time 1-0 up.
Both team had chances at the start of the second half, with Chris M going close and Mikey making a couple of excellent saves. As the half wore on they pressed forward more which left gaps and we had two or three more chances to widen the gap, while Gary marshalled our defence at the back. With about 6 minutes to go Josh broke through and scored low into the corner leaving them with too big a gap to pull back.
